Assist in analysis in customer complaint/NC generated from twsiting

Monitoring traveler consumption weft quality on daily bases.

Ensuring safe operations of plant (people, material and machinery).

Ensure implementation of safe practices and SOP at shop floor

Display does’ & Do Not’s regarding safety at work Place.

BBS study of twister operation to improve safety

Participate in Safety meetings / action taken for suggestion

Ensure implementation of safe practices and SOP at shop floor

Twisting Production

Planning & Execution of Cord & fabric production on daily Bases.

Monitoring of twister route weaving efficiency on daily Basis.

Take quality audit round at twister section.

Shift wise monitoring of twister BPD & doffing & loading time, no. of rolls, manpower

Ensuring all OPM activities in textile (including datalogger)

Twister Efficiency

Ensure compliance of standards (ISO 9000, ISO 14001, 45001) and statutory requirements.

Ensure activities related to compliance vis-à-vis plan

Review actions on audit points

No of nonconformance in audits : (internal, external & statutory)

Resolution of customer complaints & needs

Act on feedback form internal and external customer.

Analyze the complaints and furnish CAPA

Reduction in NC Rolls

OPM and Inventory Management

Control of shopfloor WIP

Betterment in I/O ratio

Reduce variance of OPM batches
