E-commerce Growth & Operations Executive
This title covers both revenue growth (SEO, ads, listings) and operations (orders, logistics, MIS).
Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused E-commerce Growth & Operations Executive to manage and grow our presence across online marketplaces and D2C channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketplace onboarding, product catalog management, listing optimization, SEO, performance marketing support, order processing, logistics coordination, inventory tracking, and MIS reporting.
This role requires a hands-on individual who can independently manage day-to-day e-commerce operations while continuously identifying opportunities to improve sales, visibility, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management
- Manage seller accounts across marketplaces.
- Handle onboarding and account setup on new e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure marketplace compliance and maintain account health.
- Coordinate with category managers and marketplace teams.
Cataloging & Listing Optimization
- Create and manage product listings across marketplaces.
- Upload and maintain product catalogs, images, descriptions, attributes, and pricing.
- Improve product discoverability through keyword research and SEO optimization.
- Monitor listing quality scores and implement improvements.
- Regularly update content, specifications, and product information.
E-commerce SEO & Growth
- Optimize product listings for organic ranking and visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Track category trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Improve conversion rates through content optimization and merchandising.
Marketplace Advertising
- Execute and monitor advertising campaigns on marketplaces.
- Track ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, and campaign performance.
- Optimize ad budgets to maximize sales and profitability.
- Generate performance reports and recommendations.
D2C Website Management
- Manage and maintain the company website (Shopify/WooCommerce or equivalent).
- Update products, collections, landing pages, banners, and promotional campaigns.
- Improve website SEO and user experience.
- Monitor website analytics and conversion metrics.
- Coordinate with developers and designers when required.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Process daily orders from marketplaces and D2C channels.
- Generate shipping labels and invoices.
- Coordinate with warehouse, courier partners, and logistics providers.
- Ensure timely dispatch and order tracking.
- Resolve shipment-related issues and escalations.
Inventory & Supply Coordination
- Monitor stock levels across all channels.
- Coordinate with operations and procurement teams to avoid stock-outs.
- Update inventory across platforms.
- Maintain inventory reports and reconciliation records.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track sales, returns, advertising spend, profitability, and inventory performance.
- Analyze channel-wise and SKU-wise performance.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Costing & Profitability Analysis
- Calculate SKU-level profitability.
- Understand marketplace commissions, logistics costs, promotional spends, and advertising costs.
- Assist in pricing decisions and margin optimization.
- Maintain accurate cost sheets and profitability trackers.
Skills & Qualifications Required
- Hands-on experience with marketplace/e-commerce/ Q-commerce seller Central and Seller Hub.
- Knowledge of product cataloging and listing optimization.
- Understanding of e-commerce SEO principles.
- Experience with marketplace advertising.
- Strong Excel/Sheets skills.
- Experience preparing MIS reports and dashboards.
- Understanding of logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with WooCommerce
- Knowledge of Quick Commerce platforms.
- Experience using Unicommerce, EasyEcom, Vinculum, or similar OMS/WMS platforms.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and website analytics.
- Familiarity with inventory planning and forecasting.
Experience
- 2–5 years for Executive level.
- Prior experience in FMCG, D2C, food, consumer brands, or e-commerce businesses preferred.

Work Location: Goregoan West.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
