We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive to handle both in-store counter sales and online customer interactions (calls, chats, order support). The role requires strong product knowledge of sarees, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities Assist walk-in customers at the counter, and online sales understand preferences, and close sales Handle online sales enquiries — phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram/website leads Explain saree types, fabrics, weaves, and pricing confidently Process orders, packing coordination, and follow-up for online sales
Maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals Achieve daily/monthly sales targets across both channels Keep track of stock, display, and basic inventory awareness. Incentives will be given ones skills our tested and conversions are brought in.
Requirements Prior experience in saree/textile retail sales (counter and/or online) preferred Good spoken Telugu, Hindi, and basic English Comfortable with smartphone use for order taking, WhatsApp, and basic online tools Pleasant personality, patience, and strong persuasion skills Willingness to work store hours, including weekends/festival season What We Offer Fixed salary + performance incentives Growth opportunity in an expanding retail + online business
