Job Title: Academic Counsellor*
*Job Summary*
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting the right academic programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to build trust while helping students make informed educational decisions.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, admissions, and career pathways.
* Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable courses.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into admissions.
* Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
* Maintain regular communication with prospective students throughout the admission process.
* Assist applicants with documentation and application formalities.
* Maintain and update student records in the CRM system.
* Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets while ensuring a high-quality student experience.
* Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
* Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and other promotional activities when required.
*Required Qualifications*
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is an added advantage).
* 1–3 years of experience in academic counselling, admissions, education sales, or student advisory services.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
