Job Title: Patient Relationship Officer (PRO)

Job Summary: We are looking for a compassionate and customer-focused Patient Relationship Officer (PRO) to ensure a seamless patient experience by assisting patients and their attendants, coordinating with hospital departments, resolving concerns, and maintaining high standards of patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist OPD/IPD patients and attendants.
- Guide patients through admission, discharge, and hospital services.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, and other departments.
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
- Educate patients about hospital policies, procedures, and services.
- Coordinate with TPA/Insurance teams for patient support.
- Collect patient feedback and work towards improving patient satisfaction.
- Maintain patient records and prepare daily reports.
- Support emergency cases and ensure effective communication among departments.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare background preferred).
- 1-5 years of experience in Hospital PRO, Patient Relations, Customer Care, or Front Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism.
