Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for various roles across the organization.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
- Support in posting jobs on various platforms and managing applicant pipelines.
- Engage with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and internship programs.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Support in preparing offer letters and completing pre-joining formalities.
- Help organize recruitment drives, walk-ins, and hiring events.
- Assist in market research and talent mapping activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess resumes and identify suitable candidates.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹10,001.00 per month
