Requirements:
- Perform MIG, TIG, and ARC welding for steel and aluminium components.
- Fabricate and weld street lighting poles, brackets, and structural parts.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings.
- Ensure weld quality, dimensional accuracy, and proper finishing.
- Operate welding, grinding, and fabrication tools safely.
- ITI/Diploma in Welding or relevant trade.
- 3–5 years of experience in pole manufacturing or metal fabrication.
