Role Overview
The QC Engineer will be responsible for executing quality checks across incoming materials, in-process products, and final assemblies. The role requires a strong eye for detail, use of quality instruments, and documentation of quality data for all robot units.
Key Responsibilities
- Incoming Quality Inspection (IQC)
- Check incoming parts against specifications and maintain IQC logs
- Flag and report any deviations to vendors and procuremen
- 2.In-Process Quality Checks (IPQC)
- Conduct visual and functional testing during assembly
- Collaborate with production to reduce errors and improve processes
- Final Quality Check (FQC)
- Perform complete functional and cosmetic checks before dispatch
- Ensure QC reports and customer checklists are filled accurately
- Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain inspection records, defect registers, and CAPA reports
- Support ISO documentation and audit requirements
Key Requirements
✅ Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Instrumentation
✅ 2–4 years in quality testing or QC
✅ Experience with QC tools like calipers, multimeters, and jigs
✅ Attention to detail and process documentation
