Role & responsibilities :
- Create and publish job advertisements on job portals
- Source candidates through job portals
- Schedule interviews with department managers and medical staff.
- Verify educational qualifications, professional licenses, certifications, and previous employment.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and negotiate salary within hospital policies.
- Complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and hospital accreditation standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Master's degree/MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
- 3-6 years of expeience in recruitment
- Experience in hospital or healthcare recruitment preferred.
- Familiarity with HRMS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of labor laws, recruitment processes, and healthcare staffing requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation and coordination skills
- Knowledge of healthcare recruitment and medical terminology
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,276.72 - ₹35,000.00 per month
