Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive conversion, average bill value, and customer acquisition.
- Promote lab-grown diamond jewellery collections and educate customers on product benefits.
- Identify local marketing and customer engagement opportunities.
- Build relationships with high-value and repeat customers.
Customer Experience
- Ensure premium in-store customer service.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalations effectively.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Deliver a luxury shopping experience aligned with the Lukson brand.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates.
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.
- Monitor staff productivity and sales performance.
- Foster a positive and high-performance work culture.
Store Operations
- Manage inventory, stock audits, and replenishment.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, security procedures, and compliance standards.
- Monitor cash handling, billing accuracy, and store administration.
- Coordinate with corporate teams for stock, promotions, and operational requirements.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track KPIs such as conversion rate, footfall, ATV, and customer retention.
- Provide business insights and action plans to improve store performance.
