Hiring forHead-Project/ Project Manager/Engineer- Commercial Projects(Real Estate)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee Commercial Project(IT Park)
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory regulations
- Handle site issues, risks, and stakeholder communication
- Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews
- Manage project documentation and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3–20 years of experience in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and construction processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
