Internship Overview
Balancian Life is looking for a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing & Content Creation Intern to support the growth of our brand and digital presence. This role is ideal for graduates who are creative, proactive, and passionate about social media, content creation, digital marketing, and wellness.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Develop and manage content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and campaigns.
- Assist in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns to promote Balancian Life's services, workshops, events and wellness initiatives.
- Design social media posts, carousels, stories and promotional creatives.
- Shoot, edit and publish short-form video content such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Write captions, social media copy and other marketing content aligned with the brand voice.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement and reach.
- Track content performance and provide insights to improve future content and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative content ideas.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content marketing.
- Ability to create content calendars and plan engaging social media content.
- Good knowledge of social media advertising and campaign management.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar software.
- Ability to edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Filmora, Premiere Pro or similar software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Prior experience in social media marketing, content creation, graphic design or video editing will be an added advantage.

Delhi (Full-Time, On-Site)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
