- Handle end-to-end procurement of raw materials such as steel wire rods, copper coating chemicals, flux materials, packaging materials, etc.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost efficiency.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and track order status to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and quality teams for material planning and requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure no production disruption due to material shortages.
- Maintain proper documentation of purchase records, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Conduct vendor performance evaluations and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Handle inward material discrepancies and coordinate for resolution (quality/quantity issues).
- Stay updated with market trends, price fluctuations, and new sourcing opportunities.
