Job Title: Telecaller / Sales Executive (Loans, Credit Cards & Insurance)
Location: Lucknow (Work from Office)
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus
Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers/Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining our financial products, generating leads, and converting them into successful sales.
Both Freshers and Experienced Candidates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Promote and sell Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Insurance products.
- Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and offers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with interested customers until the application is completed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher qualifications are also welcome).
- Good communication skills in Hindi. Basic English communication is a plus.
- Confident speaking and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or computer operations is preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
