Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for preparing quotations, coordinating with customers, following up on inquiries and proposals, maintaining sales records, and providing administrative support to the sales and project teams. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills to ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, inquiries, and order confirmations.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments for timely execution of requirements.
- Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, orders, and customer communications.
- Assist in tender documentation and submission activities.
- Handle customer calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and maintain databases.
- Support the sales team in achieving business objectives.
- Coordinate with accounts, stores, and project teams regarding order processing and delivery schedules.
- Maintain customer relationship records and update CRM systems where applicable.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of quotation preparation and documentation.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or degree holders with relevant experience may also apply.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, airport equipment, material handling, or industrial sectors will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
