JCB Parts Executive / Spare Parts Incharge
Job Summary
Responsible for managing JCB spare parts inventory, handling counter sales, assisting customers with parts requirements, preparing quotations/bills, and ensuring smooth store operations in a dealership or workshop.
Key Responsibilities
Store & Inventory Management
- Receive and arrange JCB spare parts in the store.
- Maintain stock records and inventory reports.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Perform physical stock verification and audits.
- Ensure proper labeling, binning, and housekeeping.
Parts Sales
- Attend walk-in and workshop customers for spare parts requirements.
- Identify correct parts using catalog/manual/software.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales bills.
- Promote genuine JCB spare parts and accessories.
- Achieve monthly parts sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints and returns professionally.
Coordination Work
- Coordinate with workshop/service engineers for urgent parts.
- Follow up with suppliers for pending orders.
- Maintain daily sales and stock reports.
- Support procurement and warranty claim processes.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of heavy equipment or automobile spare parts.
- Sales and customer handling skills.
- Computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, ERP).
- Good communication and negotiation ability.
- Understanding of inventory management.
Qualification
- Graduate / ITI / Diploma
- Mechanical or Automobile background preferred.
Experience
- 1–5 years in:
- Spare parts sales
- Automobile dealership
- Construction equipment industry
- Warehouse/store operations
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
