Job Summary
Maa Kudargarhi Group is looking for a dedicated and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations at our Graphite Plant. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and shop-floor operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned schedule.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
- Maintain product quality as per company standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Manage and guide production workers to improve productivity.
- Prepare daily production reports and maintain production records.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor raw material consumption and reduce production wastage.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or graphite plant.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and strong learning ability may also apply.
- Knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
