About the Role
D Succeed Learner Experience is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Head to lead all human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, HR operations, and organizational development. The candidate will play a key role in building a positive, inclusive, and legally compliant workplace for employees across IT and Non-IT sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring requirements and workforce planning needs.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Manage complete onboarding activities, including documentation, induction, and orientation programs.
- Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage employee separation processes.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
HRIS & HR Operations
- Manage and administer HRIS systems for employee data, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and security.
- Generate HR reports and workforce analytics.
- Improve HR processes through automation and system enhancements.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns professionally.
- Support performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Promote employee engagement, retention, and workplace well-being.
- Foster a culture of respect, inclusion, and collaboration.
Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Compliance
- Ensure strict implementation of the organization's Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Policy.
- Facilitate awareness programs, training sessions, and sensitization workshops for employees.
- Coordinate with the Internal Committee (IC) regarding complaints and investigations as per applicable laws.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure fair, unbiased handling of complaints.
- Monitor compliance with workplace harassment prevention guidelines and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Develop and update policies related to workplace conduct, ethics, and anti-harassment measures.
HR Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Draft, review, and implement HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Maintain records required for audits and compliance reviews.
- Support management in risk mitigation related to HR matters.
Strategic HR Leadership
- Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Drive organizational development initiatives and workforce planning.
- Lead culture-building, diversity, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide HR guidance and support to department heads and leadership teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience with exposure to both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and HR operations.
- Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
- Understanding of POSH regulations and workplace harassment prevention practices.
- Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

Compensation
Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
