Job Purpose
The Services E2E Test Lead is accountable for defining, governing, and executing the end-to-end testing strategy across the Services digital landscape. This role ensures that business processes and integrations spanning Quotation,Configurataion, ERP, Service Execution and Customer Experience platforms are validated as a complete business flow before delivery.
The role owns the testing lifecycle for global transformation initiatives, ensuring solution quality, business readiness, process integrity, and successful delivery of complex multi-platform Services capabilities.
Acting as the single point of accountability for E2E testing, the Test Lead drives alignment across solution design, delivery, business teams, deployment teams, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
E2E Test Strategy & Governance

Define and maintain the overall Services E2E testing framework, methodology, and governance.

Establish testing standards, processes, entry/exit criteria, and quality gates.

Ensure consistent testing practices across projects, releases, and deployment waves.

Drive adoption of automation, reusable test assets, and quality metrics.
Business Process Validation

Ensure testing covers both functional and integration scenarios, including upstream and downstream impacts.
SIT & UAT Leadership

Plan and execute:

System Integration Testing (SIT)

End-to-End Testing

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Regression Testing

Deployment Readiness Testing
-
Coordinate test cycles across multiple teams, time zones, and geographies.

Manage defect triage, prioritisation, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
Quality Assurance & Automation

Establish automation strategy and roadmap for Services capabilities.

Drive automation adoption for repeatable business scenarios.

Improve release quality through risk-based testing approaches.

Monitor testing KPIs and quality trends.
Release & Deployment Readiness

Provide independent quality assessment and Go/No-Go recommendations.

Ensure business sign-offs are obtained before production deployment.

Validate production readiness, data migration readiness, and cutover testing.

Support hypercare and post-deployment validation.

Requirements
Education
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
Experience
-
8+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
-
3+ years leading E2E testing for enterprise digital transformation programmes.
-
Experience across CRM, ERP, and Quotation domains.
-
Proven track record managing testing for multi-platform global deployments
