Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern who is eager to learn client handling, sales communication, and growth strategies in a creative agency environment. The intern will assist in lead generation, client outreach, follow-ups, and business expansion activities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and email.
- Generate leads and assist in converting them into business opportunities.
- Support in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and presentations.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain client databases, follow-ups, and daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication and project understanding.
- Assist in meetings, client communication, and business growth activities.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking and client interaction.
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and social media.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and result-oriented mindset.
- Pursuing or recently completed graduation in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
