About the Company
Cosmetica India Academy is one of India's leading institutes in Clinical Cosmetology, Aesthetic Medicine, Trichology, and Advanced Beauty Education. We are looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor who can produce high-quality, engaging videos for digital marketing, social media, educational content, and brand promotions.
Job Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Create promotional videos for courses, treatments, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, sound effects, and background music.
- Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and video optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to create engaging visual content.
- Edit educational videos, patient testimonials, doctor interviews, and event highlights.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and editing techniques.
- Organize and maintain video assets and project files.
Required Software Skills
Candidates should have hands-on experience with the following software:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Audition
- DaVinci Resolve (Preferred)
- CapCut (Desktop & Mobile)
- Wondershare Filmora
- Canva
- Media Encoder
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and color grading.
- Experience editing short-form (Reels/Shorts) and long-form (YouTube) videos.
- Ability to create engaging social media content.
- Knowledge of typography, transitions, VFX, and audio editing.
- Creative storytelling with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Video Editing, Multimedia, Animation, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in video editing (Freshers with an outstanding portfolio may also apply).
- Portfolio showcasing previous work is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of videography and camera handling.
- Experience with AI-powered editing tools.
- Understanding of YouTube SEO, thumbnails, and content optimization.
