Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to manage and support our travel operations team for the USA & Canada Market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amadeus Software, strong knowledge of the Meta Process, excellent communication skills, and proven team-handling capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Team Leader in the travel industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Amadeus Software.
- Experience working on Meta Process for the USA & Canada market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in reporting and performance management.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of travel consultants to achieve performance targets.
- Handle day-to-day operations for the USA & Canada travel process.
- Ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor team productivity, attendance, and performance metrics.
