Roles & Responsibilities:-
At Volcur Electrix Pvt. Ltd., we are building world-class infrastructure in the power sector. We seek a dynamic Project Manager responsible for overall planning, supervision, execution and completion of EPC projects involving Substation and Transmission Line works ranging from 11kV to 400kV. He will ensure quality, safety, cost, and schedule adherence for all projects under his control. He will coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors and management to ensure smooth and timely project delivery. He will be accountable for project progress, material management, team leadership, and client satisfaction from start to handover.
Reporting to:- COO & Director
Position reporting into this role:- DPM/ Project Supervisor / Site Engineers
Educational Qualification: B.E. (Electrical) / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Required Skills:
1) Strong technical knowledge of Substation and Transmission Line erection, testing, and commissioning (11kV to 400kV).
2) Leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide site teams.
3) Effective project planning, budgeting, and progress monitoring ability.
4) Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
5) Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (2D), and documentation tools.
6) Commitment to safety, quality, and timely project completion.
Work Experience:
Minimum 6–10 years of relevant experience in EPC project execution (Substation & Transmission Line up to 400kV)
