About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Executive to lead organic growth initiatives, manage SEO strategy end-to-end, and mentor junior team members. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of improving rankings, traffic, and conversions, along with knowledge of emerging search trends like GEO, AEO, and AIO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and lead end-to-end SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and rankings
- Conduct advanced keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor benchmarking
- Oversee on-page SEO including content optimization, meta tags, internal linking, and schema markup
- Implement and stay ahead on GEO, AEO, and AIO strategies for AI-driven search visibility
- Lead off-page SEO efforts including link building, digital PR, and outreach campaigns
- Conduct and manage technical SEO audits; coordinate with developers on fixes (site speed, crawl errors, indexing, sitemaps)
- Use tools like Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog to monitor and report performance
- Prepare and present detailed SEO performance reports with actionable insights
- Mentor, train, and review work of junior SEO executives
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly
- Work closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of proven SEO experience with measurable results across projects
- Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Solid understanding of GEO, AEO, AIO, and AI search optimization
- Advanced proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
- Experience handling multiple websites/projects independently
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage and mentor a small SEO team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
