Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations Management:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to optimize store performance and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure store needs are met promptly.
Sales and Customer Service:
- Handle store sales, including upselling and cross-selling products.
- Address customer queries and provide solutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to make necessary improvements.
Inventory Management:
- Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is maintained.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Implement loss prevention strategies and maintain accurate inventory records.
Financial Management:
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Prepare and deposit daily cash earnings in the bank as per company policy.
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular reconciliations.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of sales, inventory, and other store operations in Excel.
- Prepare regular reports on store performance, inventory, and financials for management review.
- Use data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Team Management:
- Lead and motivate store staff to achieve excellence in store operations.
- Conduct training sessions to improve staff skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
