Job Summary
ECOG Core Technologies is looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions. The ideal candidate should have experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and achieving hiring targets while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Understand hiring requirements and source suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining dates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Update candidate records in ATS (Zoho Recruit or similar).
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Achieve weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Recruitment.
- Experience in consultancy or corporate recruitment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of ATS platforms such as Zoho Recruit, Naukri Recruiter, or similar is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA (HR) is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
