Job Summary
We are looking for reliable and customer-focused Food Delivery Executives to deliver food orders safely and on time while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Pick up food orders from designated Enoki Hospitality kitchens.
Deliver orders to customers within the assigned delivery area.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all orders.
Handle food packages carefully to maintain quality and hygiene.
Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams regarding order status.
Collect customer feedback when required.
Follow company policies and safety guidelines during deliveries.
Requirements
Minimum 10th Pass.
Valid Driving License.
Own Bike/Scooter with valid RC and insurance.
Smartphone with internet access and GPS.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of local routes in Gurugram.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in food delivery, courier, or logistics services.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
