Job Summary
Worldwide Technology Solutions is seeking experienced and highly organized Project Coordinators and Project Leads to join our growing team in Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities from initiation to completion
- Manage project schedules, timelines, deliverables, and resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Track project progress and ensure timely execution
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Conduct status meetings and provide project updates
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
- Ensure quality standards and project objectives are achieved
- Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of professional experience
- Prior experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Lead, Project Manager, Program Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong project planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Lead or Project Management experience
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications are an advantage
- Experience across IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education, Operations, Consulting, or related industries
