Roles & Responsibilities
● Design engaging social media creatives, banners, posters, and promotional materials.
● Create marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, and infographics.
● Develop visual content for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
● Assist in branding projects including logo design, brand identity, and brand guidelines.
● Design graphics for recruitment campaigns, events, webinars, and training programs.
● Collaborate with the digital marketing and content teams to create high-performing creatives.
● Perform image editing, retouching, and creative manipulations.
● Maintain consistency in brand visuals, colors, typography, and design standards.
● Create UI mockups and wireframes using Figma or similar tools.
● Stay updated with current design trends, AI-powered design tools, and creative technologies.
Required Skills
● Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
● Understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and branding principles.
● Creative thinking and strong visual storytelling abilities.
● Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
● Good communication and collaboration skills.
● Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
● Familiarity with AI design tools is preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
● Pursuing or completed Diploma/Graduation in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related fields.
● Freshers and students are encouraged to apply.
● Must be available to work from the Kolkata office for the complete internship duration.
