A Floor Assistant (or Shop Floor Assistant) ensures the smooth daily operation of a business by assisting customers, managing inventory, and maintaining store cleanliness. - Customer Service: Greet customers, address inquiries, and provide personalized product recommendations to drive sales.
- Inventory Management: Stock shelves, unpack deliveries, tag items, and alert management to low-stock or out-of-stock items.
- Floor Maintenance: Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, well-lit, and visually appealing according to brand standards.
- Sales & Billing: Process customer payments via cash, card, or UPI, and assist with order packing or dispatch.

Key Qualifications
- Education: Typically a minimum of 12th pass or a bachelor's degree, though specific requirements vary by industry (e.g., fashion, electronics). [1]
