Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Tour & Travel Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, travel bookings, tour packages, and sales activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, travel industry knowledge, and strong customer-handling abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and travel requirements.
- Explain tour packages, itineraries, pricing, and travel services.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and travel partners.
- Manage booking details and travel-related documentation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets through follow-ups and customer interactions.
- Provide timely support to customers before and during their trips.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in the Tour & Travel industry.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Knowledge of tour packages, travel bookings, and popular destinations.
- Strong customer-handling, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Confident, presentable, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Knowledge of Haridwar and nearby tourist destinations is preferred.
