Full Stack Development Trainer
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and engaging Full Stack Development Trainer who can train learners in end-to-end web application development through hands-on coding, real-world projects, and industry-oriented development practices.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Concept Clarity
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend development.
- Explain HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frontend frameworks, backend technologies, APIs, databases, and deployment concepts.
- Connect individual technologies into a complete application architecture.
- Simplify complex development concepts through practical examples.
Hands-on Development
- Conduct live coding and development sessions.
- Build applications alongside learners.
- Demonstrate frontend, backend, API, database, and integration workflows.
- Guide learners through debugging and troubleshooting.
- Follow clean coding and development practices.
Frontend Development
- Train learners in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Guide learners in creating responsive and interactive interfaces.
- Explain component-based development and frontend architecture.
Backend Development
- Train learners in backend development and server-side programming.
- Guide API development and integration.
- Explain authentication, authorization, validation, and backend architecture.
- Introduce database integration and CRUD operations.
Project-Based Learning
- Guide learners through complete end-to-end projects.
- Define project requirements and development milestones.
- Conduct code reviews and technical evaluations.
- Help learners build portfolio-ready applications.
Git, Deployment & Industry Practices
- Train learners in Git and GitHub workflows.
- Introduce deployment and hosting concepts.
- Demonstrate development workflows used in real-world projects.
- Encourage industry-standard coding and documentation practices.
Documentation
- Prepare technical notes, coding resources, project documentation, assignments, and reference materials.
- Maintain structured learning resources.
- Document project and learner progress.
Learner Engagement
- Conduct coding challenges, debugging activities, technical discussions, mini projects, and project reviews.
- Encourage collaborative learning.
- Maintain active learner participation.
