Opening for retail store assistant for a well known snacks brand. Candidates with 6 months plus experience in retail store management preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store activities.
- Handle stock management, billing, order processing, and dead stock maintenance.
- Oversee e-commerce order processing, packing, and shipping.
- Coordinate with factory staff regarding goods orders and stock availability.
- Operate the cash register and provide accurate change to cash-paying customers.
- Assist customers by guiding them to products and suggesting complementary items when appropriate.
- Greet customers upon entry and offer assistance.
- Monitor shoppers on the floor and alert management of any suspected shoplifting activity.
- Restock shelves to ensure product availability.
- Unpack shipments in the storeroom and categorize items appropriately.
- Handle walk-in and online customers, explaining product details and features.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
