HR Executive (Generalist)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive (Generalist) to lead and manage the overall HR department. The role involves overseeing end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, attendance and leave administration, compliance, employee engagement, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all HR activities. Payroll processing is not part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall HR department and day-to-day HR operations.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation
- Manage attendance, leave records, and monthly attendance calculations.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities, including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management support, and grievance handling.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR generalist functions.
- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory HR compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and job portals.
- Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead the HR function independently.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
