Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Analyst with expertise in Penetration Testing and SOC (Security Operations Center) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and assessing vulnerabilities in our organization's IT systems, applications, and networks. Additionally, the Senior Security Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing security events, identifying potential threats, and providing remediation recommendations.
Responsibilities:
Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments of the organization's IT systems, applications, and networks
Develop and execute comprehensive penetration testing plans, including social engineering and physical security testing
Conduct in-depth analysis of security events to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities
Investigate security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and provide recommendations for remediation
Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization's assets
Develop and maintain security incident response plans and procedures Identify security risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation
Develop and deliver security awareness training for employees Communicate with stakeholders regarding security risks, incidents, and remediation efforts
Participate in security audits and assessments as necessary
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
At least 2+ years of experience in penetration testing and SOC
Knowledge of various penetration testing tools, techniques, and methodologies
Experience with SIEM technologies and incident response procedures
Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CEH, OSCP, CISSP, GSEC) are a plus
