SMODI INFRASTEEL PVT. LTD. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Manager – Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) to lead our manufacturing operations and ensure timely execution of production with the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Position
Production Manager – PEB Manufacturing
Experience Required
◆ 8–15+ Years in PEB / Structural Steel Fabrication Industry
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Key Responsibilities
◆ Overall responsibility for complete fabrication shop operations.
◆ Lead and manage Production Engineers, Supervisors, Operators, and Shop Floor teams.
◆ Plan and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
◆ Coordinate with PPC, Design, Purchase, Quality, Store, Dispatch, and Site teams.
◆ Ensure timely manufacturing and dispatch of all projects.
◆ Monitor manpower productivity, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
◆ Optimize production processes to reduce wastage and improve output.
◆ Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and fabrication specifications.
◆ Maintain workplace safety, discipline, and housekeeping across the plant.
◆ Analyze production reports, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
◆ Ensure optimum utilization of raw materials and minimize production losses.
◆ Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all production activities.
