Job Summary:
The Marketing Head is responsible for developing and executing the institution's overall marketing, branding, and admissions strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase student enrolments, and strengthen stakeholder engagement. The role leads the marketing team, oversees digital and offline campaigns, manages media and public relations, and ensures consistent brand positioning across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the annual marketing and branding strategy aligned with the institution's vision and admission goals.
- Lead student admission campaigns to maximize enquiries, conversions, and enrolments.
- Build and strengthen the institution's brand through integrated marketing initiatives.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and community outreach campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Manage media relations, public relations, and corporate communications.
- Oversee the planning and promotion of school events, open houses, education fairs, and community engagement programs.
- Monitor marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources with measurable ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with academic, admissions, and operations teams to support institutional objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing, media, and creative teams.
- Establish relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
- Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline communication materials.
- Present marketing reports, performance dashboards, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Drive innovation by adopting new marketing technologies, AI tools, and emerging digital trends.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or a related specialization is preferred.
Experience:
- 8–12 years of experience in marketing, branding, or business development.
- Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience managing marketing teams.
- Experience in the education sector is highly preferred.
