We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Regional Operations Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day operations across multiple sites within the Gujarat region. The candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with company standards, improving customer satisfaction, and managing field teams for smooth business operations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with prior experience in Food & Beverage, restaurant chains, café operations, QSR, hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
* Supervise daily field operations across multiple outlets/locations in Gujarat.
* Ensure smooth execution of operational processes, SOPs, and service standards.
* Monitor outlet performance, sales productivity, hygiene, and customer service quality.
* Conduct regular site visits and operational audits.
Team Leadership
* Ensure proper manpower planning and staff scheduling.
* Drive team motivation and performance improvement initiatives.
Customer & Client Management
* Ensure high customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of complaints/escalations.
* Maintain strong relationships with vendors, franchisees, and business partners.
* Coordinate with internal departments for operational support.
Inventory & Cost Control
* Monitor stock levels, wastage control, and procurement processes.
* Ensure effective inventory management and adherence to budget targets.
* Analyze operational costs and implement efficiency improvements.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
* Ensure compliance with FSSAI, hygiene, safety, and company operational standards.
* Conduct regular inspections to maintain food quality and cleanliness standards.
* Implement corrective actions for operational gaps.

* Experience managing multiple outlets or territories preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
