Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive – Appointment Generation (B2B Sales | Night Shift – Freshers) based in Pune Division.
The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential B2B prospects primarily within the technology sector through structured outbound outreach, including research, cold calling, email communication, and social channels.
The selected candidate will interact with senior decision-makers, understand their business requirements at a high level, communicate Demand Nexus value propositions, and convert qualified prospects into scheduled appointments for the sales team.
This role requires strong communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to consistently manage high-volume outreach activities. The executive will also maintain accurate CRM records, follow defined sales workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement through market feedback and collaboration with internal teams.
Success in this role is defined by consistent achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly appointment targets and the ability to generate high-quality sales-ready meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential B2B prospects in the technology and related sectors
- Perform outbound outreach through calls, emails, and professional networking platforms
- Qualify leads based on defined business criteria and engagement readiness
- Schedule and confirm qualified appointments for the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate activity logs and pipeline status
- Follow structured outreach workflows and ensure disciplined daily activity execution
- Engage with senior-level professionals and decision-makers in a professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach effectiveness and messaging quality
- Meet or exceed defined targets for qualified appointment generation
- Ensure consistent follow-up to maintain pipeline momentum and conversion flow
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of new business development and lead generation processes
- Ability to research prospects, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings effectively
- Understanding of basic business and account management concepts
- Comfort working in a B2B sales environment, including night shifts supporting international markets
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email platforms, and online research methods
- Strong resilience, persistence, and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage high-volume outreach with attention to quality and detail
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Freshers and early-career professionals with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience or internship in inside sales, tele-calling, or B2B marketing is an advantage but not mandatory
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
