Job/Position : Commercial Marketing Senior Manager (Team Leader)
Location : New Delhi
Key Responsibilities :
1) Brand Marketing :
- Adapt and execute regional/global brand strategies for the local market.
- Lead the development of locally relevant campaigns to drive awareness, trial, and brand affinity.
- Manage creative adaptation, media planning, and content development (with strong emphasis on digital and social) in collaboration with regional brand communication team.
- Work with regional insights team to understand local consumer needs and cultural nuances.
2) Shoppers & Channel Marketing:
- Develop shopper-marketing programs tailored to Modern Trade (MT), General Trade (GT), and other key channels.
- Translate brand campaigns into in-store execution plans to drive purchase conversion.
- Localize POSM, and activation plans in collaboration with sales/ distributor teams.
- Track in-store execution quality and drive improvement in visibility and compliance.
3) E-Commerce Development:
- Own the country’s e-commerce marketing strategy across marketplaces, retailer.com, and social commerce.
- Collaborate with sales team, e-commerce enabler & distributor to plan promotions, campaigns, and mega-sale activations.
- Optimize online content (product pages, images, ratings/reviews) to improve conversion.
- Monitor e-commerce performance and ROI of digital marketing investments.
4) B2B Partnership Development:
- Identify and evaluate B2B partnership opportunities in-line with regional B2B framework (e.g., foodservice, institutional buyers, co-branding collaborations, corporate gifting).
- Support sales & distributor to negotiate and implement partnership agreements with that drive trial, penetration, and volume growth.
- Develop joint marketing plans with partners to activate brand presence in new channels or occasions.
Job Requirements :
- Proficient in English communication.
- Min 8 to 10 years of experience in brand marketing, shoppers marketing, ecommerce
in FMCG, consumers’ goods or digital-native brands.
- Experience working in FMCG multinational company.
- In-depth knowledge of the market, including consumer behavior and competitive
landscape.
- Strong understanding of shopper behaviors, retail dynamics, and trade marketing.
- Analytical with the ability to interpret market & sales data.
- Strategic thinking with strong planning and executional discipline.
- Excellent creative development and agencies management experiences.
- Strong leadership in managing and motivate a team.
Preferences :
- Collaborative and able to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a start-up environment.
Pay: From ₹1,400,000.00 per year
