Job Description
Key Responsibilities –
Design, plan, estimate, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions in alignment with established architectural patterns and industry best practices, collaborating closely with development teams and stakeholders.
Support and promote the adoption of cloud-based solutions by providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Collaborate with Technical Leads and Solution Architects to ensure development activities are aligned with overall solution design and project objectives, demonstrating strong technical expertise across the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated with emerging technologies to deliver optimal and scalable solutions that meet customer needs.
Engage directly with clients to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements, ensuring clear understanding and effective translation into technical solutions.
Oversee and manage solutions throughout the entire application lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Qualifications
Essential
-
Demonstrated project experience developing solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics platform and core technologies (D365 CE/Power Platform) and associated ALM strategies
-
Demonstrated experience of delivering Dynamics migrations and upgrades
-
Clear knowledge of the Microsoft stack (.NET, JavaScript, ASP.NET, MVC, C# .Net for Plugins and custom workflows, Integrations using .NET)
-
Experience with Dynamics 365 workflows (internal and Power Automate)
-
Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS and/or KingswaySoft
-
Experience developing solutions using Dynamics 365 applications (Customer Engagement, Sales, Customer Service)
-
Excellent customer service and communication skills
-
Experience with Agile methodologies and working in DevOps teams
Desirable
-
3-4 Years of Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps Canvas apps and Model Driven apps, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI)
-
Experience with the wider Microsoft 365 platform including SharePoint, Teams
-
Experience integrating Dynamics solutions with APIs or third-party solutions
-
Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for CI/CD and backlog/progress tracking
-
Experience leading teams and delivering enterprise scale solutions
-
Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS/Azure Integration Services
-
Experience developing solutions using Dynamics 365 Field Service, Customer Insights Applications
-
Any Microsoft Certifications (MB-910, MB-200, MB-210, MB-230, MB-240, and/or PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400 series)
