Job Title: Interior ArchitectJob Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Architect to design functional, aesthetically pleasing, and technically sound interior spaces. The candidate will coordinate with clients, project managers, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare 2D & 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.
- Produce working drawings, BOQ, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and factory production teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure work execution as per approved drawings.
- Prepare mood boards, material selections, and client presentations.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
- B.Arch / B.Des (Interior) / Diploma in Interior Architecture mandatory.
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in interior / modular projects.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD & Revit (mandatory).
- Knowledge of 3D visualization software preferred.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and joinery details.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in modular factory coordination.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost estimation.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
