Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day human resource and administrative activities at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, facility administration, and ensure smooth functioning of factory operations.
Key Responsibilities -
Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for shop floor, technical, and office staff.
- Coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, and complete joining formalities.
- Conduct employee induction and onboarding programs.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the Finance department.
- Support employee confirmation, appraisal, promotion, transfer, and exit processes.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and welfare initiatives.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
Administration
- Manage day-to-day office and factory administration.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, pantry, and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate transport, travel, accommodation, and visitor management.
- Manage employee uniforms, ID cards, access control, and office supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC, utility services, repairs, and facility maintenance.
- Monitor canteen services and employee welfare facilities.
- Maintain administrative records, contracts, and vendor documentation.
- Ensure office infrastructure and common areas are well maintained.
Compliance & Coordination
- Support statutory audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Coordinate with government authorities whenever required.
- Maintain statutory registers and compliance documentation.
- Prepare HR and Administration MIS reports for management.
- Support implementation of company policies and SOPs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in HR & Administration.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, API, chemical, or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in recruitment and employee relations.
- Vendor and facility management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRMS/ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
