Who are we looking for? EdTech, SaaS, Insurance, Banking, or Healthcare sales.
An experienced inside-sales professional who meets the following criteria:
- Minimum of 0 - 6 months of experience in Professional communication skills in Tamil and English (Mandatory).
- Proven ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Job Description:
- Connecting with clients (students & parents) and fixing demo sessions with our mentoring team through calls, messages & emails.
- Building a strong connection with(clients) students and parents, rapport building, analyzing goals, needs, and capabilities of clients.
- Following up with clients to clear their concerns and negotiations.
- Meeting sales and revenue goals as per the sales plan (weekly and monthly)
- Clear documentation of the entire customer journey with precise reasoning in each stage of the sales funnel.
Work Requirements:
- Laptop with Windows OS (minimum 8GB RAM & 128GB SSD) and a webcam.
Work Schedule:
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Working days: Wednesday - Sunday
Probation Period: 2 months
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
