We are hiring an AI Assisted Developer for our Jaipur office. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of software development experience and be proficient in leveraging AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and ChatGPT to build high-quality, scalable applications. You should have strong software engineering fundamentals, experience with modern development frameworks, and a passion for AI-assisted development.
- Leverage AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and ChatGPT to accelerate development while maintaining code quality.
- Optimize AI prompts, commands, and token usage to improve development efficiency and response quality.
- Build responsive, reusable, and scalable web applications, APIs, and automation workflows.
- Apply strong software engineering principles, including algorithms, problem-solving, system design, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Collaborate with Product, QA, UX, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Maintain coding standards through Git, CI/CD, testing, debugging, and code reviews.
- Stay updated with emerging AI development tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must Have
- 4+ years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or GoLang.
- Strong understanding of React, Node.js, or modern development frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar AI coding tools.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms, system design, problem-solving, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, debugging, testing, self-code review, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Preferred
- Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI APIs, and FastAPI.
- Experience with Agentic AI Workflows, MCP, Prompt Engineering, or AI Automation.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
