Job Description:
Shri Ramswaroop Memorial Public School is seeking a qualified and experienced Primary Teacher (PRT) – English to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong command over the English language, effective teaching methodologies, and the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured English lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Evaluate and monitor student performance through regular assessments.
- Encourage students’ participation in co-curricular and literary activities.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure academic excellence and holistic student development.
- Maintain discipline and uphold school policies and values.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with B.Ed (English specialization preferred).
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant teaching experience in a recognized school.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using modern teaching aids and technology.
