Project Manager for HR - Payroll (Contractual position)
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to support the Head HR in driving payroll transformation. The role will focus on end-to-end payroll system implementation, ensuring seamless integration across GCC/ GBS/Shared Services environments.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Payroll Implementation: Lead the deployment of payroll systems, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
✔ Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor payroll transformation initiatives, aligning with organizational goals.
✔ Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR leadership, GCC/GBS teams/ shared services to ensure smooth rollout.
✔ Process Standardization: Streamline payroll processes and establish best practices across the organization.
✔ Change Management: Drive adoption through training, communication, and support for employees and managers.
✔ Risk & Compliance: Ensure payroll systems meet statutory requirements and internal audit standards.
Candidate Profile
✔ Experience: 10–12 years in project management with exposure to payroll transformation.
✔ Domain Expertise: Proven track record in GCC/ GBS/ Shared Services environments.
✔ Technical Skills: Strong understanding of payroll systems and HR technology platforms.
· Leadership: Ability to manage cross-functional teams and report directly to senior HR leadership.
· Location: Remote working with travel to Ahmedabad whenever needed.
Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Vadasinor, Gujarat
