Position: Accounts Finance Trainee
Qualification:
* B.Com or M.com / MBA finance
Age Limit:
-22 years and above
Job Responsibilities:
-Deliver training sessions on accounting and finance concepts.
- Teach fundamentals of bookkeeping, journal entries, ledger, trial balance, and financial statements.
-Train students in GST, TDS, Income Tax basics, and payroll processing.
-Provide practical training on accounting software such as Tally Prime, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
-Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
-Evaluate students through tests, practical exercises, and presentations.
-Guide students on real-world accounting practices and financial reporting.
-Support students in project work, internships, and placement preparation.
-Maintain student attendance, performance records, and training reports.
-Stay updated with the latest accounting standards, taxation rules, and industry practices.
-Coordinate with the academic and placement teams to ensure students are job-ready.
-Mentor students by improving their analytical, communication, and professional skills.
Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
