Job Description:
We are looking for a Service Advisor for our 2-wheeler dealership/service center. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer service requirements, coordinating with the workshop team, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles with high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customers and understand vehicle issues/service requirements
- Prepare job cards and provide service cost estimates
- Coordinate with technicians for timely service and repairs
- Update customers on service progress and delivery timelines
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery with quality service
- Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution
- Promote additional services, spare parts, and value-added products
- Maintain service records and follow-up for periodic maintenance
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI in Automobile/Mechanical or any graduation
- Basic knowledge of 2-wheeler servicing and repairs
- Good communication skills (English + local language)
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM) preferred
