- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Prepare machine-wise and mould-wise schedules for injection moulding machines.
- Check machine capacity, mould availability and manpower before finalizing the plan.
- Plan raw materials such as plastic granules, masterbatch and additives.
- Coordinate with Stores and Purchase to ensure material availability.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, Stores and Dispatch.
- Monitor Plan vs Actual production and identify delays.
- Track machine utilization, cycle time, downtime and rejection.
- Control RM, WIP and finished-goods inventory.
- Follow up on mould breakdowns, machine breakdowns and changeovers to minimize production loss.
- Prepare daily production reports, MIS and Excel/ERP reports.
- Ensure customer orders are completed according to the required delivery date.
- Analyze production deviations and take corrective action.
- Support improvement of productivity, cycle time, changeover time and inventory levels.
Pay: ₹20,256.42 - ₹25,211.58 per month
